The doors of the Gouda Cheese Experience are open to the public since June this year. On this page you will find some frequently asked questions.

The building

Can I bring my pet to the Experience?

No, unfortunately pets are not allowed and there is also no temporary shelter for the animals. Assistance dogs are of course allowed.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, this is possible at the cash register as well as in the catering section

Can I get a group discount?

Yes, for more information you can look at the tickets page and then under the special tickets heading

Parking

At what time does parking close in the vicinity of the Experience?

The parking garages and places are open on different times. Look for the opening times at the directions on this page.

What does parking cost in the vicinity of the Experience?

Each parking facility has different rates. Look for the rates in the directions on this page.

Tickets

Where can I buy tickets?

That is possible at the checkout but also online on this page.

How much does a day ticket cost?

A day ticket can differ in price. An adult ticket is valid for 1 person 18> for a one-time entrance and costs € 14.00. Look for the other prices on this page.

Do I have to buy a ticket if my child is younger than 3?

No, children up to and including 4 years old can enter for free.

For how many people is the day ticket valid?

For 1 person

Until when is the ticket valid?

Up to and including December 31 of the purchase year

Can I give tickets as a gift?

Yes, you can give a gift ticket. These are then without a fixed date.

Is my Museum card valid at Experience?

No, a museum card is not valid at the Gouda Cheese Experience.

Online tickets

Do I have to print the online ticket in advance?

That is possible but not necessary. We can also scan the ticket digitally on a telephone or tablet.

Can I exchange unused online tickets?

No in most cases, but always contact us via Info@goudacheese-experience.com

My ticket is no longer legible, what now?

Make sure you always keep your printed ticket neat and dry. This is the customer’s own responsibility.

How can I be sure that this ticket works and will not be refused?

The unique barcodes are very reliable and if it doesn’t work, we will look together for a solution for you.

Will I get my money back if I haven’t used my ticket?

No, you will not receive a refund but you can always mail to info@goudacheese-experience.com

Will I get my money back if I had to leave the park earlier due to circumstances?

No, your ticket is valid during the opening hours of the Experience. Unfortunately, we cannot take unforeseen circumstances into account.
